You must read this if you create art, or even if you take family snapshots.
In particular read it if you are in the US - but if they do it, then what ?

After you've read it post it in your journal or somewhere else prominent if you're also concerned !

Daily Deviation !!

Hi all,

I got a DD !!

"Sierpinski Temple detail"

Thanks to [link] for suggesting it and to [link] for featuring it.

If you look it's generated a large number of views :)

I'm currently deciding where to go next with the 3D IFS, the current version of the formula was not written as well as it could have been - I was going to add reflections but instead I'm going to work on a new better version of the formula - most of the improvements I've thought of would be near impossible to impliment in the current formula without breaking backward compatibility.

Also I now have a new website:

Helfa Gelf over

Journal Entry: Wed Oct 17, 2007, 6:22 AM
Hi all,

Well the Helfa Gelf "open studio" event is over. It was a little disappointing this year but I did sell several sample CDs and three prints. I wasn't the only one who had fewer visitors than hoped for.

I have now decided that my "studio" is open to visitors all the time but by appointment only - so if anyone's going to be in North Wales and would like to visit then just get in touch to arrange the details.

Helfa Gelf 2007 update

Journal Entry: Fri Sep 14, 2007, 12:37 PM
Just redoing this journal entry as the Helfa Gelf 2007 website is now up:

[link]

Helfa Gelf is an "Open Studio" event from 29th September to 14th October being held for artists in County Conwy and Denbighshire and I'm taking part.

So anyone who could visit North Wales during the two week period is warmly invited to come and visit my "studio"

It's not just myself and fractals you can see, there are artists' studios to see from just about all varieties of the Visual Arts.

Anyone interested please send an Email to post@helfagelf.org giving your postal address and asking to be sent a Helfa Gelf brochure which gives details of the participating artists, locations, opening times etc.

BTW "Helfa Gelf" means Art Hunt. (It's Welsh)

Look forward to seeing you !
