Thanks Thomas - yes I'm in the process of adding non-linear functions, the thing you have to remember is that they don't behave the same way as their opposites do in convergent IFS renders. e.g. using +/-sqrt(z-c) in a convergent IFS system produces the boundary set whereas using z^2+c in an escape-time IFS produces the entire "inside". The other slight problem is that if the non-linear functions comprise "most" of the effect of a transform then it's not possible to calculate a relevant scale factor for probability/fractal dimension purposes so when the non-linear functions are active I've provided a user-parameter so the user can give an estimate for the scale of such transforms.
